Note: Rob asked us to come up with what "Admiralty Hall" could be, other than
the nest of vipers it exists as in his Ancient Destroyer Universe.  I have
three responses - well, two, actually, since one of them *is* the AD version.
Here, in the order they flittered into my brain, they are.

know.  If not, please let me know.  In either case, please let me know

HALL OF HEROES

When Admiral Forrest started it, it stretched only a few dozen meters.  Now
"Admiralty Hall" circles the grounds of Starfleet Command.

Two parallel walls of stone, inscribed with names. 

Names like Lee Kelso and Leslie Thompson.  Matt and Willard Decker.  Walker
Keel and Tasha Yar.  Enrique Muniz and Jadzia Dax.  Edgar Cavitt and Joe
Carey.

No pictures, no holograms, no recordings - just bold, heavy letters carved
into dark granite.

The twin purposes of this somber corridor are clear:  a memorial to the
honored dead - and a reminder to the admirals of who pays the price for the
policies they set.
