Deceit ... deception ... conspiracy. We are told this isn't the Vulcan way, yet
experience tells us otherwise when the High Command is involved.

The Captain and T'Pol are on the surface, looking for the wrong people ... we
have evidence that T'Pau was framed, and the more we investigate the bombing,
the more it looks like the Suranites are innocent, and the High Command may be
responsible.

And then there's Soval's willingness to help ... exposing himself to censure by
the High Command by openly performing a mind meld, in search of the truth ... I
never expected him to be on our side.
