Nothing graphic but m/m sex most definitely implied. Disclaimer: Star Trek belongs to Paramount; I'm just enjoying myself and not making any money. Summary: After the missing scene from the end of 'Amok Time'. Minding the Store. "That … was … fantastic," Kirk panted as he disentangled himself and rolled over onto his back. Months of flirting and gentle encouragement had finally paid off in a glorious night of rampant, passionate, emotional love-making. So what if Bones thought they were off minding the store? Or not, as the case may be, he thought, recalling the doctor's sardonic comment as they left sick-bay. He sighed in complete contentment. "Indeed," was the lazy response from the smiling, satisfied and no longer homicidal, Vulcan at his side. "It was not without pleasure." "Not without pleasure!" Kirk squeaked, turning to face his new lover. "Spock, that was everything I had ever imagined when I thought about making love to you. It was exciting. Passionate. Mind blowing. To feel your body against mine after all this time ... " He planted a kiss on his lover's body. "To kiss you ..." Another one. "Caress you …" And another. "Feel you against me ..." And another. He smiled mischievously. "Spock, didn't the earth just move for you?" Spock stirred and slowly kissed a rosy, enticing nipple. "But of course it did, Jim. It is in constant motion, moving through space at 1038 miles per hour at the Equator, totalling one rotation every 23 hours, 56 minutes and 4.09053 seconds. Approximately." Kirk was speechless. Propping himself on one elbow, he gazed down at his Vulcan in disbelief. "Approximately?" he asked dangerously. Spock nodded. He raised his hand and stroked it lazily down Kirk's chest. Kirk squirmed against him, already planning the next assault on Fortress Vulcan. It was just like he'd been taught at Command School: identify the problem, target your objective, make your move and you can't fail. He was just applying this Command training when Spock's lazy, thrillingly satiated voice interrupted his thoughts. "Or perhaps you mean to inquire whether I found our recent encounter satisfying?" His hand continued its journey down Kirk's body. Now it was Kirk who was finding it difficult to concentrate, just as it had been Spock a few hours previously. Spock's mouth quirked in a smug smile. "Bearing in mind my lack of previous experience in such activities as I would not consider Ms Kalomi a fair comparison as well as bearing in mind the futility of attempting to measure anything as intangible as an emotion a human trait which, I must remind you, I do not share as well as …" "Spock!" Kirk hissed in frustration as his lover's hand was now moving gently against a very responsive part of his body. Spock stopped and turned his penetrating gaze on his lover. Kirk swallowed his excitement and tried to look attentive. He was certainly at attention in other ways. "Yes, t'hy'la," Spock whispered. "I can indeed say that yes, the earth did indeed move for me just then. As I know it always will do with you." And as he was pulled into a deep and passionate kiss, Kirk knew that whatever the future would bring, it would be all the easier to deal with because of the love of this remarkable being by his side.
