The title is great, and I think all of that guilt-inducing boredom is a likely side effect of the Voyager crew's (certain individuals in particular) getting safely back to Earth. I also thought it was a nice touch to have Seven (who was always afraid of getting back to Earth) prospering while Janeway (who was the most adamant about going home) is not as content as she probably expected to be.
